Check .htacess and make sure it's not forcing the site to reference the old server (just rename it to .htaccess_bak) and check. You may need to turn permalinks off and on again to get it working properly

Is your server running Varnish? Have you tried disabling Browser Cache temporarily to see if the problem persists?

Yes, I have. I ultimately called GoDaddy and explained the situation. They were nice enough to swap out the Windows Server with a Linux one with Apache (nginx, soon!) Thanks for your help. -Robert
