That didn't work. But I found out what did:

After I deleted the wp-cache & wp-db-backup I also had to go into my FTP and do this:

Edit my wp-config.php to delete the line:

define('WP_CACHE', true);

Now my site is backup and I have to add in all my plugins again, but I'm a happy camper. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
