Anyways, sounds like the problem might be plugin related so let's try this:

1. Disable all of your plugins, except for WPP.
2. Visit one of your posts (use a different browser or logout from wp-admin first).
3. Go back to wp-admin, and if everything went OK you should see a new visit on WPP's stats page. If so, then it is definitely one of your plugins the cause of the 500 Server error.
