My wp theme has worked great for the past 4 months, without any issues on my long standing Yahoo account.
Then on Monday I started to get random messages that reads, "Internal Server error 500". I didn't make any edits to the website before this, so I was confused as to why I had an error. Sometimes the complete site would pop up when I refreshed it. Other times it was a blank white screen with that message (sometimes there wasn't a message, just a white screen).
So I went into my back office and was able to access my website for about 50% of the time, during that log in. Again, sometimes I would have access to my site, other times it was a blank white screen.
I noticed Yahoo posted a bulletin in my BO that read I should delete the plugin titled:
wp-cache & wp-db-backup.
So I deleted wp-cache and my whole screen went white. I was never able to delete the wp-db-backup plugin.
Now I cannot access my WP site at all. No back office or webpages. I spent an hour on the phone with Yahoo and they said they can't help me because WP is a third party therefore I have to go someplace else for assistance. I had backups emailed to me so that is my only saving hope, but other than that, I'm at a loss.
