Bill Erickson on "[Plugin: Genesis 404 Page] Multisite Problem - No 404 on Primary Site"

The 404 page seems to be working now. Were you able to solve this?

I don't work with Multisite, so if there's a change needed in the plugin for multisite compatibility, please share and I'll update the plugin.
