this would tell me that you have a db connection issue.
First check that your db config (host, db name, password, user ) in wp-config.php are correct.
then if they're right, try removing jetpack. log in to your server and just delete the whole plugin directory /wp-content/plugins/jetpack
try logging in again.
if not call your hosting provider and see if they can help because it sounds like a db issue
