natrad01 on "[Theme: Engrave (Lite)] 500 Internal Server Error for site and wp-admin"

Hi there,

Please help me :( I am trying to install the BackupBuddy plugin on my wordpress website and it's asking me to upload a .zip file but when I click on the BackupBuddy folder about 10 or more different files are contained inside. How do I upload this as a .zip? So that I can get BackupBuddy to install?
