Hi, I noticed on a website that the front page was not displaying properly and realised when looking at Customise theme that the Static Page for Front Page was not set and I could not save my selection.
Using firebug in firefox and selecting the Console tab then clicking Save & Publish I saw this -
POST http://www.website.com.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 Internal Server Error
I ended up disabling a couple of plugins that might have been causing it and tried again.. It now worked! so I re-enabled the plugins and everything is still running fine..
So my question is why did this happen? I don't want this happening again.. does anyone know what the cause is?
