I have recently purchased a theme to put as part of my wordpress website. When i go to appearance> themes> upload theme, everything works fine till there but when 100% of the theme is uploaded it moves over to a different page that gives me a message saying "500 (INTERNAL SERVER) ERROR, we are working to correct it"
I have been trying for the past 2 days and it still doesn't seem to be resolved, unfortunately. I know it isn't an error with the theme because i have purchased another theme from the same website for another one of my own website and it uploaded and worked just fine.
Kindly guide me as per how i can fix this because building this website is a priority issue for my work. Any guidance about this issue will be greatly appreciated.
