Hi,
My site his not regularly accessible since 10/25/2016… 15 days seeking for anomaly.
First I could not access regularly from my computer, but most of time from the others, but not always, sometimes I could access during a few hours then, later, anybody could get a : “the site doesn’t answer”;
My provider is OVH.
After search we could find that the domain had migrate to SSL (OVH automatic access for all my sites), still normally accessible without SSL by http:// requests, but the domain define into my WP was still http:// …
Last night I changed for : “https://…”. Immediately I got all accesses from my computer and could work… always with quick loads.
Since this morning any user and me, get a server internal error 500 .
After several hours of searching with the help of OVH we locate that it is an invalid cookie request (…/admin).
Here I find a subject very close : “500 Internal Error when saving options”
So, probably, my session has been closed the when reconnect an invalid cookie request has been sent when SSL is active, which request leads to the “INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500”
The main question is now what to do. I have no more any access to my site. I can only update WP soft with FTP or manually manipulate the database, eventually change the SSL option of the site (need to wait 24hours more and then creating incoherence between the site ref https:// and the not accessible site with SSL…).
HELP
Best regards
