when selecting the "settings" menu item under 'events' I am getting the error

My host can't help me they say. so far I have
- re-installed plugin
- updated plugin
- when all plugins desactivated except "all in on"
- change to different theme
still having this problem
I had the site locally on my laptop, but no problems there
Can you help?
