sliderbl on "Failed to upgrade to WP 4.5, resulting a 500 server error"

Sorry I haven't noticed this post past few days.
I re-uploaded the wp-includes and wp-admin with the newest update manually via ftp, and also the wp-settings.php in the root. After that I can access to the admin panel, and finally reset the Settings/Permalinks.
