First, thank you for your help. Wordpress is a great community to be apart of and I hope that when I become a bit more knowledgeable so that I can help others as you (hopefully) will help me.
I have a single multisite install that I have been running for a few years now. I have about 15 sites running off it. I haven't worked with my sites for awhile and only recently came back to them when I noticed that 2 of my sites will not load. When I try to go to the dashboard or the front end I get "internal server error 500". All my other sites work flawlessly.
At first I thought it might be a theme issue but these two sites use different themes. Furthermore, one of the sites that is having difficulty is using the 'Klaus' theme so I though it might need to be reinstalled but I am using that same theme on another site that is working perfectly.
The other site that is having difficulty is using a theme called Mr. Taylor. The interesting thing about that is I only activated the bare minimum of plugins to get this theme to run when I installed it. Therefore, even after I ruled out themes as a problem I realized that plugins don't seem to be the issue either. Neither of these sites share a plugin.
My problem right now is that I don't really know how to start troubleshooting this issue. A point in the right direction would be very helpful.
