Try to contact your hosting provider for more help as error 500 is related to server probably.
If you experience just issue with Gravity forms it would be the best to contact their support as it is a paid plugin.
Did you do some changes before you see this error? What about wordfence security?
Maybe you protected somehow upload folders or all media and during submission a form there is a problem to with that "loading" image.
