Thank you so much. That was easy. I contacted Godaddy who hosts the site. They checked the plugins by disabling them all and it was fine. They then switched them back on and all I did was go through and delete them one at a time, check customiser after deleting a plugin, until I found the problem one. Luckily it was one I hadn't actually started using yet, but sitting activated. Problem solved.
