gtmotor on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] Internal Server Error after updating"

After updating to the latest version, I can't access my wp-admin anymore. It's giving me a Internal Server Error.
I tried to rename the woocommerce plugin via ftp only but still no luck.
The only way to access wp-admin is by renaming the plugins folder but since I already have some important plugins, there's no way I'm going to run the site without those plugins. Not to mention losing lot of hours of building the site.
Are there any other way to revert back to older version perhaps? Or any actions to make my site normal and accessible again?
