dmnrmr on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Falcon 500 error"

So I've nabled Falcon chaching. Added code from http://docs.wordfence.com/en/I_enabled_Falcon_Caching_and_my_site_errors_out._What_went_wrong%3F and everything worked fine, until after ~5 minutes htaccess was modified with following code:

#WFIPBLOCKS - Do not remove this line. Disable Web Caching in Wordfence to remove this data.
Order Deny,Allow
#Do not remove this line. Disable Web Caching in Wordfence to remove this data - WFIPBLOCKS

And if I don't remove this code I receive 500 error all the time. But this code is automatically added after some time if I remove it.
